On April 19th 2017, Victory Club members came together at 100 Barclay to celebrate Katie Rogers with cake and Prosecco.

Katie Rogers, the talented artist and illustrator behind @PaperFashion, shared some designs that were printed onto cakes using custom Chefanie Sheets.

On April 7th 2017, Victory Club members and friends of Avenue Magazine enjoyed a meal, hosted at Hudson Yards, inspired by public art.

Chefanie served a meal inspired by works of public art produced by the Art Production Fund.

The first course, a Prada pea soup, was inspired by the Art Production Fund's installation on Highway 90 in Texas, known as Prada Marfa.

Luncheon with Lisa Jacobs

Cake with a custom Chefanie Sheet inspired by Lisa Jacob's artwork, Karl Klingbiel's Outside the Kingdom

On January 28th, Victory Club gathered for a luncheon with Lisa Jacobs, a private curator and art consultant, at her Upper West Side apartment and gallery.

Chefanie created a meal inspired by Lisa's collection and work.

A highlight was cornflake dusted chicken inspired by David LaChapelle's photograph of a woman squirting breast milk into a cereal bowl.

The centerpieces of the table were a bust and a cake with Chefanie Sheets inspired by a Marilyn Minter photograh.

On December 10, Victory Club hosted its annual Holiday Fête at Dickinson Roundell Gallery. The event, sponsored by BMW of Manhattan, hosted eighty members and friends for an afternoon of bites and bubbles.

Each guest brought home a bag of Chefanie's favorite things: truffle oil from Urbani, gingerbread chocolates from Chuao, Green Hot Cinnamon tea from Harney & Sons, Jacques Pepin spatulas from Sur La Table, cocktail napkins by Baron von Fancy from the Prospect NY, and little bottles of Hottie Tottie.

American Folk Art Museum Tour & Cake

The American Folk Art Museum and Young Folk hosted Victory Club in their galleries earlier this month.

Guests enjoyed a private tour and treats provided by Chefanie.

Chefanie and guests shared the beautiful tablescape and their delicious cake in Instagram.

Young Folk, a group of young supporters promoting the museum, joined us for the evening.

Chefanie gave guests a preview of her Tartan #ChefanieSheet decorating her famous Piecaken.

TEFAF Dinner with Alexandra Porter

To celebrate TEFAF's first installment in New York City, art advisor, Alexandra Porter, hosted a dinner at her beautiful art-filled home. She featured the work of contemporary artists who had a connection to Old Master techniques. Some of these works were the centerpiece of each table -- and conversation. Flowers arrangements alluded to Dutch still lives.

Guests were welcomed by a Gerard Mas Lady of Lipstick bust and Rebecca Smith Ford Trompe L'oeil paintings at their tables and enjoyed the salon style set-up of the dinner.

Alexandra included these vibrant Dutch still life inspired flower arrangements.

She began the dinner by discussing the story behind each piece and her connection to the artist. The menu was inspired by Alexandra and her treasures.

The menu featured Chefanie's Smokey Butternut Squash Soup and Filet Mignon.

Chefanie made her signature Vanilla Bean Cake with a custom #ChefanieSheet inspired by Alexandra's patterned carpet.

To finish a wonderful art and food filled evening, we celebrated Alexandra's birthday.

Truffle Shabbat at Urbani

This Friday, we upgraded our Shabbat with a three-course, truffle-infused dinner.

Urbani Truffle Lab hosted Victory Club where Chefanie crafted a menu inspired by the start of White Truffle Season.

Guests mingled while Tali Rubinstein graced us with her beautiful prayers and flute playing.

Late Summer Lunch with Daniella Ohad

New and familiar faces gathered for a Victory Club Indian Summer lunch at the home of Daniella Ohad, design historian, tastemaker, and writer.

Daniella's apartment showcases her passion for 20th century design and boasts many unique pieces that she has collected over the years.

Whitney Robinson, Style Director at Town & Country and manager of Jacqueline Susann's estate, hosted Victory Club at his art-filled apartment for an evening of bubbles and banter.

Whit's discussion of the book evolved into a conversation about modern media. Everyone brought a unique perspective to the table.

Food for thought was a Valley of the Dolls-themed cake baked & designed by Chefanie. The cake (recipe here) used pink cake balls to reference the cover of the 50th Anniversary reprint which stylizes pills into polka dots.

On Thursday evening, Victory Club members enjoyed an evening of caricatures, cake, and Fairweather Magazine's newest issue.

In honor of the summer issue of the magazine, Alexandra Fairweather served Hottie Tottie cocktails, made from her soda line Hottie Tottie!

Some cocktails even had a signature Hottie Tottie popsicle inside!

By the end of the evening, it was clear that enjoying the event was a piece of cake.

Welcome to the online home of Victory Club, a supper club that brings together friends of friends over the culinary and visual arts.

Victory Club developed out of a post-college need, when it became harder to engage with the arts and meet people through that engagement.

Join.

The name, "Folded Victory," was inspired by an Elizabeth Bishop poem and alludes to a passion for finding beauty in everyday things. Bishop talks about "folded sunsets": sunsets that look like they're folding as they sink into the West but also flat images of the most regular thing. Folded victories are excellent things, captured and shared. Victory Club brings people together to celebrate those victories. We hope you'll get in the mix!
